He ‘lives’ the industry and intimately understands the people behind it, As former President and CEO of the Sutton Group, Robert expanded this firm from 38 offices to 138 offices with 7,200 realtors, creating one of North America’s largest real estate companies. During this time Robert also pioneered the fee-for-service concept in real estate franchising.

Robert was also formerly the Director of Franchising for RE/MAX, developing national locations and helping to increase the company’s growth by 600 percent. As President and CEO of Realty World, Robert took the once floundering company from a small firm to a global corporation with 12,000 realtors and over 800 offices in North America and Asia within three and a half years.

But his skills aren’t limited to real estate. He has been an Advisory Board member of a major fast food corporation, and served on Boards for an ice cream chain, a bio-medical tech company, medical clinics, hi-tech companies, financial corporations, a mining group and a bottling firm. Through his innovative marketing and sales programs, Robert has developed business in every province in Canada, every state in the US, in Asia, the Middle East and Europe. Robert has also done some negotiations with His Royal Highness King Abdullah II of Jordan and he helped finalise the order for police and military camouflage for the kingdom of Jordon.
